Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

All orders are delivered sealed and must be received sealed. No inspection at delivery.

جميع الطلبات يتم تسليمها مغلقة ويجب استلامها كما هي. لا توجد معاينة وقت الاستلام.

Exchange only in case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item. No returns.

الاستبدال فقط في حالة عيب مصنعي أو خطأ في الطلب. لا يوجد استرجاع.

Placing an order on the website confirms your acceptance of this policy.

Exchange Guidance:

While we do our best to ensure the best quality delivered, if by any chance you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us on Yusrmodest@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for refund or exchange. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition as sold with all original packaging intact.

Please allow a time span of 10 days from processing the request till we receive the items back in our warehouse.

Non-eligible Items:

After 14 days of delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be eligible.
